Prompt Title — The title of your submission
Prompt Content — The full text of the prompt
Category — Which category you selected
Submitter Name (optional) — Only if you choose to provide it
Submission Timestamp — When you submitted it

C. Interaction Data

Votes — Which prompts you voted as "Useful" or "Not for me"
Copies — Which prompts you copied to clipboard
This data helps us rank prompts by popularity and usefulness.

D. Technical Information

App version
Device type and OS version
Crash reports (if enabled via environment configuration)

E. Information We Do NOT Collect

❌ Your real name, email, or contact information (unless voluntarily submitted)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data for the following purposes:

Device ID — Prevent spam submissions, track votes/copies, rate-limiting
Submitted Prompts — Display in the library after moderation approval
Votes & Copies — Rank prompts by quality and popularity
Optional Name — Credit you as the prompt author (if approved)
Crash Reports — Improve app stability and fix bugs

3. Data Retention

Device ID: Stored on-device until you uninstall
Submitted Prompts: Kept as part of the library indefinitely
Votes & Copies: Kept for ranking
Anonymous Name: Deleted if submission is rejected

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your information is only used within Prompt Lib.

Exceptions:

Moderation team reviews submissions to approve/reject
Technical team may view crash reports to fix bugs
Legally required disclosures if mandated by law

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
Device ID is generated and stored locally on your device
Server data is protected with standard security measures
Submissions are reviewed before publication

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:
